NeoStarlite-Al

We are proud to unveil NeoStarlite-Al, our aluminum-based next-generation thermal protection material — engineered to withstand the most extreme conditions in aerospace and beyond.

In our latest high-intensity test, NeoStarlite-Al was exposed to temperatures reaching 1900°C for 10 to 25 seconds, simulating the harsh thermal environment of atmospheric reentry or high-speed propulsion systems. The material performed exceptionally well, maintaining structural integrity and resisting thermal penetration throughout the exposure.

At the end of the test, the surface of the material developed a dark, caramelized layer — remarkably similar in appearance to “kazandibi,” a traditional Turkish dessert with a signature burnt-sugar crust. Though deliciously coincidental, this visual transformation is an indicator of the material’s unique thermal response and resilience.

This successful test marks a significant step forward in our mission to develop lightweight, affordable, and high-performance thermal protection systems.
